Building a Strong Community Around Software as a Service

Connect is an event that brings together the global platform users and community to connect, share, learn and inspire a movement to promote retail security. While the event has a physical space it will be also ‘live’ and ‘recorded’ to ensure all members around the world can join in.

The task

Create a UX/UI website experience and a digital marketing campaign to promote the event, the speakers and the replays post event.

The digital campaign included assets that promoted the event and speakers highlighting their expertise and human warmth. Here’s a sample of the graphic design and style to promote the event, ensuring the brand had variability and dynamism.

LinkedIn was the preferred channel to promote the event as most of the community members include and audience made out of B2B users. The carousels were used to showcase event features and value, ignite interest and increase registrations.

 
 

NEWSLETTER

The newsletter was re-design to showcase a new and refreshed look and included adverts for the event marketing campaign.

 
 
 
 

Email invitations

Were sent as a series to launch
 the announcement of the event on the website and digital channels, invite an early registration and build anticipation. Here’s one example of the email style.
